Oatmeal Magnolia Recipe
By HapHug LLC
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of oat flour (You can easily make this by grinding oats in a blender until they reach a fine powder consistency.)
- 1 glass (approximately 240 ml) of milk (your choice of dairy or a plant-based alternative)
- 1 tablespoon of honey (adjust according to taste)
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- HapHug Red Fruits
Instructions
- Prepare the Oat Flour: If you don’t have oat flour, you can make your own by blending whole oats in a food processor or blender until they turn into a fine powder.
- In a medium-sized pot, combine the oat flour, milk, and cinnamon. Mix these ingredients well before you start cooking. Keep the honey and HapHug Red Fruits aside for now; they’ll be added later.
- Place the pot over low heat. Cook the mixture, stirring occasionally, until it starts to bubble. Make sure to watch the mixture closely to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot or burning.
- Once the mixture has started to bubble, remove the pot from the heat and let it cool down slightly. This will take a few minutes.
- After the mixture has cooled down a bit, stir in the tablespoon of honey. Mix well to ensure the honey is evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Layer with HapHug Blackberries: Pour half of the oatmeal mixture into a serving bowl. Gently add a layer of HapHug Blackberries on top of this layer. Try to distribute the berries evenly for a beautiful and tasty layer.
- Add the Second Layer: Pour the remaining half of the oatmeal mixture over the blackberries. Make sure to cover them completely.
- Top with HapHug Raspberry: Finish by adding a generous amount of HapHug Raspberry on top for the final layer. Again, aim for an even distribution.
- Cover the serving bowl with a lid or plastic wrap. Place it in the refrigerator and let it rest overnight. This step is crucial as it allows the flavors to meld together and the dessert to set properly.
- After resting in the refrigerator for one night, your Oatmeal Magnolia dessert is ready to be enjoyed. Serve chilled for a refreshing and healthy treat.
